"Riddle of Grey Goat Grove"

In the misty cliffs of Kythera, Rhydian, a young Laekan dragon with fire in his veins, hides from Iron Wardens who hunt his kind. His telepathic bond with his lost mother fuels a restless spirit, but danger lurks in the fog.

Story Line

Rhydian’s solitude shatters when Graccia, a cunning Cooper’s hawk, reveals the Feather of Courage, a relic in the Grey Goat Grove that could unite the scattered Laekans. Driven by his mother’s memory, he ventures into the cursed forest, joined by Graccia’s sharp instincts. They face sentient trees and spectral trials, while Saephaiss, a rival dragon, schemes to thwart rebellion. As Iron Wardens close in with enchanted steel, Rhydian grapples with doubt, his fire faltering. Graccia’s dance-like scouting and an elder’s tales push him forward, but Saephaiss’s betrayal unveils a darker foe. With Kythera’s mists concealing deadly traps, Rhydian must unravel the Grove’s riddles to claim the Feather. Each revelation draws him closer to a truth that could ignite a dragon uprising or seal his clan’s extinction.

Meet Jamie Robinson

Jamie Robinson is a storyteller with a heart forged in the wilds of imagination and the loyalty of canine companions. With over 50 years as a dog trainer, Jamie has shaped the world of service dog training through Service Dog Games International (SDGI), where tasks and skills shine like Olympic events (sdgamesintl.org, redirecting to brainsbonesandbehavior.com/sdgames). Her expertise fuels practical manuals and Zoom sessions at BrainsBonesandBehavior.com, but on MusesForge.com, Jamie unleashes her literary soul.

As Jasmine Kythera Roatron, Jamie conjures epic fantasy and sci-fi, weaving tales of dragons, manticores, and witches in realms like Kythera’s mists and Ekalas’ sands. With a willowy grace, silver-streaked raven hair, and violet eyes, Jasmine crafts Scent of Verdant, Mikah the Manticore, The Laughing Dragon Chronicles, and Spellhounds of Mystic Paws (forthcoming), each a tapestry of rebellion and wonder inspired by ancient myths.

As Cade Bellow, Jamie wields a sharp pen, slicing through chaos with satirical wit. A scarred, leather-clad rebel with steely gray eyes, Cade’s Positive Pandemonium blends anime flair and political barbs, skewering absurdity with a smirk. His gritty tales echo punk rock and protest art, born from a restless spirit.

Splitting her time between her Missouri haven, surrounded by service dogs like Chesovy, and the boundless realms of her mind, Jamie channels her grandson Adam’s inspiration and her lifelong love for storytelling. Whether crafting Kythera’s epics or multiverse satires, she invites readers to explore wonder and wit. Connect at Jamie@musesforge.com
